The second part of Fruta Vida's compensation package was designed for the entrepreneur (both part and full time, new and experienced) who also wanted to leverage his or her income by developing their own group of Fruta Vida business associates. I.E. Introducing other serious minded individuals to their Fruta Vida business, who were looking for an ethical and realistic way to supplement or replace their current income, as well.
We call this our business development program. Should you also elect to take advantage of this area of our compensation package, there are seven additional streams of income available to you.
They include: Fast start bonuses, matrix override commissions, upgrade bonuses, roll up bonuses, bulge bonuses, 100% matching bonuses, and finally leadership pool bonuses. Each one is highlighted below.
Fruta Vida's Business Development Compensation
To earn income within our business development program, you simply need to be an active or qualified member/distributor within the month that you earn commissions.
*You are an active/qualified distributor when you purchase at least one bottle of Fruta Vida in a given calendar month. Qualifying for commissions and bonuses is on a month-to-month basis.There are only 2 qualifying positions within the Fruta Vida compensation package:
A.) Our Standard Membership - A distributor who purchases at least 1 bottle of Fruta Vida monthly...
*Premium membership has its advantages.To qualify for weekly business development bonuses, you must have a personal product purchase at either the Standard or Premium level by midnight of the last day of the appropriate weekly pay cycle - the 7th, 14th, 21st, or last day of the month... You can also automatically qualify to earn weekly bonuses for the entire month - in advance - by taking advantage of our monthly product autoship program.
*Note: It doesn't matter what date your automatic order (autoship) is scheduled to be shipped. It can be in the beginning of the month or the end of the month… You're still qualified to earn weekly bonuses for ALL weekly pay cycles in that month.
You are not required to be on a monthly autoship purchase to qualify for commissions or bonuses. However, if you're going to actively build your Fruta Vida business, we strongly recommend that you select the autoship option. It's just an easy and safe way to ensure that you never miss any of your weekly bonuses.
In any calendar month that you do not have a personal product purchase, you are considered inactive, and you're not eligible to earn either commissions or bonuses for said month.
This part of our compensation package pays you both weekly and monthly.
Weekly Pay Features include:
Fast Start Bonuses Of 50%... From $20 up to $200 (if you are a qualified premium member - Standard members earn less). The amount of your weekly fast start bonuses is determined by the product package your new Fruta Vida business associate selected upon their enrollment.

Our 100% Matching Bonus
One of the most rewarding features in the business development part of Fruta Vida's compensation package is the our 100% matching bonus that you receive on the business building efforts of every business associate you personally introduce to our company.
This 100% matching bonus is available for both Standard and Premium members - Premium members earn higher matching bonuses than standard members.
This bonus is based on real dollars and not watered down CV (commissionable volume) that so many companies use to calculate your earnings. With Fruta Vida, it's dollar for dollar, not 60 cents or less on a dollar like many companies offer.Fruta Vida rewards you with a 100% matching bonus equal to the monthly matrix and bulge commissions of every associate you personally introduce to our product & company, who earns a matrix commission check for that month... That's right - EVERY ASSOCIATE. (The 100% matching bonus is not paid on weekly bonuses or retail earnings.)
It doesn't matter whether the associate you referred to Fruta Vida is positioned on the first tier in your 2x7 business matrix (more on the matrix in just a minute), the 7th tier, or they can even be positioned outside of your personal matrix on your 100th or 1000th tier... It doesn't matter.
If you personally introduced an associate to our company, you'll earn a 100% matching bonus from their business building efforts.
For example, if you are a Premium member and you introduce a new Premium member to Fruta Vida who develops a business with us, and earns a $2,000 monthly matrix check, then... You'll also receive a matching $2,000 bonus check monthly simply because you introduced them to Fruta Vida. Standard members would earn a reduced matching bonus.
For example, as a standard member - over time and using a simple Power Of Two Business Building Philosophy, which is to introduce 2 just people to Fruta Vida who want the same things you want (better health and a realistic way to supplement their income) - you can earn up to $1951.00 monthly, on a part time basis. This would include two 100% matching bonuses that you earned through the business development efforts of the two associates whom you introduced to Fruta Vida.
As a premium member - over time and using this same business strategy - you could earn up to $7317.00 (or more) monthly, and up to $26,829.00 (or more) monthly introducing just 10 new premium business associates to our company who duplicate your efforts.
There is no limit to the number of business associates you can refer to Fruta Vida International. You'll receive a 100% matching bonus check on each and every one of them who earns a monthly commission check with our company.
*Note: The terms - member, business associate, and distributor - are used interchangeably throughout this document.
MONTHLY MATRIX COMMISSIONS
A part of your monthly-leveraged commissions with Fruta Vida are earned through a business structure called a 2x7 forced matrix that features dynamic compression.
A completed 2x7 matrix would include 254 business associates.
*Note: Your business matrix can be filled/completed through your personal business development efforts, the efforts of those associates you personally introduce to Fruta Vida and their referrals, and finally, from the efforts of your upline sponsorship team.
Each level in your business matrix has a fixed number of positions and a fixed dollar amount that you are paid per each associate's personal products purchase/s on that particular tier or level. The fixed dollar amounts are greater in the Premium membership business matrix. (*See Compensation Package Overview link at bottom of this page for more details.)
Your business matrix commissions are calculated at the end of the month, and your earnings are electronically loaded onto your Fruta Vida Visa debit card on the 10th of the following month.
As you'll see shortly, you can also earn override commissions on far more than just the 254 associates in your personal 2x7 business matrix through a feature in our compensation package called a "matrix bulge."
Business Matrix Payouts:
A qualified/active Fruta Vida associate at the standard level could potentially earn up to $650 monthly in their basic 2x7 business matrix - This would not include any commissions earned from their retail compensation package or through their 100% matching bonuses.A qualified/active Fruta Vida associate at the premium level could potentially earn up to $2439 monthly in their basic 2x7 matrix *These earnings could be more, depending on which product package other associates in their matrix personally purchased during that month. This would not include any commissions earned from their retail compensation package, through roll ups, upgrades, their 100% matching bonuses, or through the monthly leadership bonus pool.
Monthly Bulge:
There is also a unique feature in our compensation package that allows your business matrix to temporarily expand on every tier (1 through 7), enabling you to earn even more in your 2x7 matrix, during any given month. This is called our monthly bulge feature.Here's how it works: At the end of the month, the computer compresses your Matrix to fill empty spots or inactive associate positions. When this happens, each tier can double in size. So the 7th tier that normally holds 128 associate positions and pays out $15 per 4 bottle case, can double to 256 associate pay positions.
Instead of earning up to $2439 (or more) monthly in our premium business matrix, or up to $650 in our standard business matrix, you could potentially earn up to $1300 in your 2x7 matrix as a standard associate, or up to $4878 (or more) as a premium associate.
In addition, there is also a unique feature in the bulge payout. If you personally introduced an associate to Fruta Vida who receives a bulge bonus, then you will also receive the same additional income added to your 100% matching bonus for that month.
Leadership Bonus Pool
As a way of going further to reward those associates who are actively developing a solid group of Fruta Vida business associates, the company also pays a monthly leadership bonus that you can qualify for. Here's how it works:Three percent (3%) of the company's total monthly revenue from product sales is awarded to the Leadership Bonus Pool. This pool will be divided among qualified participants in the pool, and awarded according to the number of shares earned by each qualified participant. The maximum number of shares you can earn in any given month is 10. The amount of each equal share can be substantial.
A Thumbnail Of Other Important Compensation Plan Features:
If you are an associate active at the premium level, and you enroll a new standard associate who later upgrades to a Premium associate level by purchasing one of our premium packages, you will receive an upgrade bonus on their 1st premium product purchase... This bonus is paid weekly. The amount of the upgrade bonus is determined by which premium package your new associate purchases. There's no timetable for a new associate to upgrade.
If you are an active Premium associate, and you enroll a Standard associate, who in turns enrolls a Premium associate... Because the standard associate you enrolled is only eligible to receive a part of the fast start bonus, you will receive the remaining mount of the fast start bonus. Once again, the actual amount will depend which premium package the new associate purchased. This is called a roll up bonus. This bonus is paid weekly, and could be as larger as $180 ($200 minus $20) if the new associate upgraded to our $399 business builder package.Conversely, if you are a Premium member ($139.95), and you enroll a Standard member ($39.95), who in turns enrolls another standard member... And if the latter standard member eventually upgrades, if the member you enrolled is still a standard member, then the Upgrade Rollup bonus of $50 is split, with $30 of it going to you, the Premium member, and $20 to the standard member... Paid weekly.
Your 2x7 matrix is dynamically compressed monthly to fill any holes left by inactive associates.
Absolutely no group volume requirements, or ridiculous legs to balance, to earn income with Fruta Vida. Just become an active member, and you're eligible to earn.
Fast start, upgrade, and roll up bonuses are paid weekly, and our pay periods end on the 7th, 14th, 21st, and last day of the month. Your Weekly bonus earnings are loaded onto your Fruta Vida debit card 3 business days after the end of a weekly bonus cycle.Monthly matrix commissions begin in your second calendar month, and are calculated at the end of the month, with your earnings loaded onto your debit card on the 10th of the following month.
Don't Underestimate The Profitability Of Fruta Vida's Compensation Package
As is the case in many direct selling companies, you won't find just a handful of a select few Fruta Vida associates earning $100,000 plus a month, while the vast majority of associates can't even cover their monthly business expenses. Instead, what you'll find is many Fruta Vida associates who are earning anywhere from a couple of hundred dollars monthly to several thousand, and even a few who are earning six figure annual incomes, not monthly.
Remember - No matter how a company tries to spin their "smoke and mirrors" explanation of their compensation package, there are only 100 pennies in every dollar, and... On average, 1/2 of those pennies - equal to the company's monthly gross profits - are set aside to compensate their distributors. The key is, how those earnings are shared with ALL distributors.
We mentioned at the onset that our compensation package was designed to be fair and balanced to the part time distributor, the full time entrepreneur, the new Fruta Vida distributor, as well as those distributors who have been with our company for sometime... However, what we failed to mention was that it was also designed to create a long term, residual income (a recurring monthly income) for our associates who worked hard.
This Is A True Story...
The top incomer earner in Fruta Vida for the past two years, who is originally from New Orleans, became an associate with our company when we first launched in January of 2005. He worked extremely hard during his first 9 months with our company, providing marketing resources for his personal group of associates, holding training calls, etc.., and had developed a comfortable six figure annual income during this time frame.
Then, on August, 29, 2005, the bottom fell out of his personal life. That was the day Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans. Displaced by the storm, he and his family ended up moving 4 times over the next few months, until he eventually settled near Dallas, TX.
For the next 13 months following Katrina, he literally didn't do much of anything with his Fruta Vida business. The amazing part of this was... All of the work he had poured into his Fruta Vida business in those first 9 months was continuing to pay dividends for him, even after 13 months of near dormancy building his Fruta Vida business. Even though he was no longer developing his business like he had in the past, he continued to purchase Fruta Vida every month on our auto-ship program, and the checks kept coming every week and every month, like clock work.
In other words, the residual income feature our compensation package is designed to create for our distributors, proved its worth to this Fruta Vida member and his family. Two years later, he is still the top income earner in our company.
Now, we can't guarantee you that you'll do as well with our company as this gentleman is continuing to do through the present. Who knows, you could do better than he has, and two years from now, we could be telling your story. What we can guarantee you is the following: The same product he used to develop his business, and the same compensation package (now with more enhancements) he used to create his six figure income.
