The second part of Fruta Vida's compensation package was designed for the entrepreneur (either part or full time, new or experienced) who also wants to leverage his or her income by developing their own organization of Fruta Vida business associates.
I.E. Introducing other serious minded individuals to their Fruta Vida business, who were also looking for an ethical and realistic way to supplement or replace their current income.
We call this our business development program. Should you also elect to take advantage of this component in our compensation package, there are six additional ways for you to earn with FVI.
They include: Fast start bonuses, matrix override commissions, roll up bonuses, bulge bonuses, matching bonuses, and finally leadership/cash pool bonuses. Each one is highlighted below.
Fruta Vida's Business Development Compensation
To earn income with our business development compensation, you simply need to be an active or qualified member/distributor within the month that you earn commissions.
*You are an active/qualified distributor when you purchase at least $30 of product in a given calendar month. Qualifying for commissions and bonuses is on a month-to-month basis.There are 6 income qualifying positions within the Fruta Vida compensation package:
1.) Our Standard Membership - A distributor who orders $30-60 in product monthly.
2.) Our Standard Pus Membership - A distributor who orders $60.01-99.99 in product monthly.
3.) Our Premium Membership - A distributor who orders $100 or greater in product monthly.
4.) Our Premium Builder Membership - A distributor who orders $100 or greater in product monthly, AND who has 5 personally enrolled active Premium Members in his/her Fruta Vida organization.
5.) Our Premium Leader Membership - A distributor who orders $100 or greater in product monthly, AND who has 10 personally enrolled active Premium Members in his/her Fruta Vida organization.
6.) Our Premium Executive Membership - A distributor who orders $100 or greater in product monthly, AND who has 15 personally enrolled active Premium Members in his/her Fruta Vida organization.
*Premium membership and Standard Plus membership have their advantages.
To qualify for weekly business development bonuses (fast start bonuses and rollups), you must have a personal product purchase at either the Standard or Premium level by midnight of the last day of the appropriate weekly pay cycle - the 7th, 14th, 21st, or last day of the month... You can also automatically qualify to earn weekly bonuses for the entire month - in advance - by taking advantage of our monthly product auto ship program.
*Note: It doesn't matter what date your automatic order (auto ship) is scheduled to be shipped. It can be in the beginning of the month or the end of the month... You're still qualified to earn weekly bonuses for ALL weekly pay cycles in that month.
You are not required to be on a monthly auto ship purchase to qualify for commissions or bonuses. However, if you're going to actively build your Fruta Vida business, we strongly recommend that you select the auto ship option. It's just an easy and safe way to ensure that you never miss any of your weekly commissions and bonuses.
In any calendar month that you do not have a personal product purchase, you are considered inactive, and you're not eligible to earn either commissions or bonuses for said month.
The business development part of our compensation package pays you both weekly and monthly.
Weekly Pay Features include:
Fast Start Bonuses Of $20 up to $120 (If you are a Premium member - Standard members earn less). The amount of your weekly fast start bonuses is determined by which of our 4 introductory product packages your new Fruta Vida business associate selected upon their enrollment.
Roll Up Bonuses (Explained later)

An Unlimited Number of Matching Bonuses - Paid on up to 4 generations of your Fruta Vida organization. Qualifications apply.

Our Matching Bonus Feature
One of the most rewarding features in the business development part of Fruta Vida's compensation package is the our matching bonus income that you receive on the business building efforts of every business associate you personally introduce to Fruta Vida International... This matching bonus ranges from 25% for Standard Plus members, up to 75% for Premium Executive members.
*Standard members are not eligible to receive matching bonuses.
Our matching bonus program doesn't stop with just your personally enrolled associates.
Over time, as you begin to develop your Fruta Vida business, you can also qualify to earn monthly matching bonuses on up to 4 generations of business associates in your personal Fruta Vida organization.
A Standard Plus member can earn a 25% monthly matching bonus on the total matrix commissions - more on matrix commissions in a moment - of all of his/her personally enrolled associates (1st Generation).
A Premium member can earn a 50% monthly matching bonus on the total matrix commissions of all of his/her personally enrolled associates (1st Generation).
A Premium Builder can earn a 50% monthly matching bonus on the total matrix commissions of all of his/her personally enrolled associates (1st Generation), as well as a 25% matching bonus on the total matrix commissions of all the business associates in his/her 2nd Generation of Fruta Vida associates.
A Premium Leader can earn a 60% monthly matching bonus on the total matrix commissions of all of his/her personally enrolled associates (1st Generation), as well as a 40% matching bonus on the total matrix commissions of all the business associates in his/her 2nd Generation of Fruta Vida associates, and finally... A 25% matching bonus on the total matrix commissions of all the business associates in his/her 3rd Generation of Fruta Vida associates.
A Premium Executive can earn a 75% monthly matching bonus on the total matrix commissions of all of his/her personally enrolled associates (1st Generation), as well as a 50% matching bonus on the total matrix commissions of all the business associates in his/her 2nd Generation of Fruta Vida associates; a 25% matching bonus on the total matrix commissions of all the business associates in his/her 3rd Generation of Fruta Vida associates, and finally... a 10% matching bonus on the total matrix commissions of all the business associates in his/her 4th Generation of Fruta Vida associates.
Here's an example of how our matching bonus program can reward you for your business building efforts, assuming you're a Premium Executive:
You Personally Enrolled 15 Premium Members each, who are earn $750 in residual income via their monthly matrix commissions. 15 x $750 = $11,250 x 75% = Your matching bonus: $8,437.50
Your personally enrolled members' next generation of personally enrolled numbers 30 - Those associates they enrolled. Each of them are earning $500 in residual income via their monthly matrix commissions. 30 x $500 = $15,000 x 50% = Your matching bonus: $7,500.00
Your next generation numbers 60 associates throughout your organization. Each of them earn $300 in residual income for the month via their matrix commissions. 60 x $300 =$18,000 x 25% = Your matching bonus: $4,500.00
Your fourth generation numbers 100 associates. Each of them are earn $100 in residual income via their monthly matrix commissions. 100 x $100 = $10,000 x 10% = Your matching bonus: $1,000.00
Total Matching Bonuses for the month in the above example: $8,437.50 + $7,500.00 + $4,500.00 + $1,000.00 = $21,437.50
*Keep in mind that the above illustration is only based on the income that you'd earn through our monthly matching bonuses. It does not include the weekly bonuses and overrides you earn by acquiring new customers, or repeat customer sales through our retail customer acquisition program, or... The weekly bonuses and rollups you could earn through our fast start program when you or a member of your team enrolls new associates. We've had associates earn over $1,000 weekly with just these two components of our compensation package... Nor does the illustration include the monthly income you'd earn in your personal 2/7 business matrix, or in our monthly leadership/cash bonus pool.
Your matching bonus is based on real dollars and not watered down CV (commissionable volume) that so many companies use to calculate your earnings. With Fruta Vida, it's dollar for dollar, not 60 cents or less on a dollar like many companies offer.
Fruta Vida International rewards you with a matching bonus on the monthly matrix and bulge commissions of every associate you personally introduce to our product & company (and through up to 3 additional generations of associates - if you qualify) who earn a matrix commission check for that month... The matching bonus is not paid on weekly bonuses or retail earnings.
There is no limit to the number of business associates you can personally enroll in Fruta Vida International. You'll receive a matching bonus check on each and every one of them who earns a monthly matrix commission check with our company, and... As previously mentioned, you can also qualify to earn matching bonuses on up to 3 more generations of associates throughout your Fruta Vida organization.
*Note: The terms - member, business associate, and distributor - are used interchangeably throughout this document.
MONTHLY MATRIX COMMISSIONS
A part of your monthly-leveraged commissions with Fruta Vida are earned through a business structure called a 2x7 forced matrix that features dynamic compression.
A completed 2x7 matrix would include 254 business associates when filled. *It is not necessary for your matrix to be filled to earn monthly matrix commissions.
*Note: Your business matrix can be filled/completed 3 different ways, that can include one or all of the following methods:
Through your personal business development efforts (enrolling new associates)...
Through the efforts of those associates you personally introduce to Fruta Vida and their referrals, and finally...
Through the efforts of your upline sponsorship team...
Each level in your business matrix has a fixed number of positions and a fixed percentage % that you are paid on, per each associate's personal product purchase/s, who is positioned on that particular tier or level in your 2x7 matrix. The percentages are greater in the Premium membership business matrix. (*See Compensation Package Overview link at bottom of this page for more details.)
Your business matrix commissions are calculated at the end of the month, and your earnings are electronically loaded onto your Fruta Vida Visa debit card on the 10th of the following month.
As you'll see shortly, you can also earn monthly matrix override commissions on far more than just the 254 associates in your personal 2x7 business matrix through a feature in our compensation package called a "matrix bulge."
Business Matrix Payouts:
The amount of income a Fruta Vida associate can earn in his/her basic, personal monthly matrix is based on which of the 6 income positions they are qualified to earn at, in that particular month. This would not include any commissions earned from their retail compensation package or through their matching bonuses, or the monthly leadership/cash bonus pool.Each of the six income qualifying position pays a fixed percentage for all of the product volume (associate purchases) on each of the 7 tiers/levels. You will be able to understand this much clearer when you review our Corporate Compensation Package document below.
Monthly Bulge:
There is also a unique feature in our compensation package that allows your business matrix to temporarily expand on every tier (1 through 7), enabling you to earn even more in your 2x7 matrix, during any given month. This is called our monthly bulge feature.Here's how it works: At the end of the month, your 2x7 business matrix is compressed to fill empty spots or inactive associate positions. When this happens, each tier can double in size. So the 7th tier that normally holds 128 associate positions can double to 256 associate pay positions.
In addition, there is also a unique feature in the bulge payout. If you personally introduced an associate to Fruta Vida who receives a bulge bonus, then you will also receive a matching bonus (based on your qualification level) added to your matching bonus for that month. The same would hold true if you were qualified to earn 2nd, 3rd, or 4th generation matching bonuses.
Leadership Bonus Pool
As a way of further rewarding those associates who are actively developing an organization of Fruta Vida business associates, our company also pays a monthly leadership/cash bonus that you can qualify for. Here's how it works:Three percent (3%) of the company's total monthly revenue from all product sales is awarded to the Leadership/Cash Bonus Pool. This pool will be divided among qualified participants, and awarded according to the number of shares earned by each qualified participant. The maximum number of shares you can earn in any given month is 10. The amount of each equal share can be substantial.
A Thumbnail Of Other Important Compensation Plan Features:
1.) Roll Up Commissions:
If you are an active Premium associate, and you enroll a Standard associate, who in turns enrolls a Premium associate... Because the standard associate you enrolled is only eligible to receive a part of the fast start bonus, you will receive the remaining mount of the fast start bonus. Once again, the actual amount will depend which premium package the new associate purchased.If you are a Premium member, and you enroll a Standard member who makes a retail sale... And if the sale was for more than one bottle... Because the standard associate you enrolled is only eligible to receive a part of the retail commission, you will receive the remaining amount. Once again, the actual amount will depend which product/s the customer purchased.... Paid weekly.
2.) Full Compression Matrix:
Your 2x7 matrix is dynamically compressed monthly to fill any holes left by inactive associates.
3.) No Hoops To Jump Through:
Absolutely no group volume requirements or ridiculous legs to balance, for you to earn income with Fruta Vida International. Become an active member, and you're eligible to earn.
4.) Miscellaneous:
Fast start and roll up bonuses are paid weekly. Our pay periods end on the 7th, 14th, 21st, and last day of the month. Your Weekly bonus earnings are loaded onto your Fruta Vida Visa debit card 7 business days after the end of a weekly bonus cycle.Monthly matrix commissions begin in your second calendar month after becoming a business associate, and are calculated at the end of the month, with your earnings loaded onto your debit card on the 10th of the following month.
Don't Underestimate The Profitability Of Fruta Vida's Compensation Package
As is the case in many direct sales companies, you won't find just a handful of a select few Fruta Vida associates earning $100,000 plus a month, while the vast majority of associates can't even cover their monthly business expenses. Instead, you'll find many Fruta Vida associates earning anywhere from a couple of hundred dollars monthly to several thousand, and even a few who are earning six figure annual incomes.
Remember - No matter how a company tries to spin their "smoke and mirrors" explanation of their compensation package, there are only 100 pennies in every dollar, and... On average, 1/2 of those pennies (50%) - equal to the company's monthly gross profits - are set aside to compensate their distributors. The key is, how those earnings are shared with ALL distributors.
We mentioned at the onset that our compensation package was designed to be fair and balanced to the part time distributor, the full time entrepreneur, the new Fruta Vida distributor, as well as those distributors who have been with our company for sometime...
