Our Compensation Package - How You're Paid
For Your Efforts.
The Fruta Vida compensation package consists of several different features that provide a fair and balanced set of financial rewards for the part time distributor, the full time distributor, the new Fruta Vida distributor, as well as those distributors who have been with our company for sometime.
There are 9 different ways (income streams) - not including awards received through corporate contests - to earn as a distributor with Fruta Vida International.
Six income streams are in our business building compensation package (enrolling new business associates), and three are in our retail or direct sales compensation package (acquiring customers). We will highlight our retail compensation first.
Retail (Direct Sales) Compensation
Fruta Vida International offers a generous retail compensation package. We are one of the few companies in the home business arena (that we are aware of) where it is possible for a distributor to earn a substantial income based solely on their own efforts, servicing the end consumer market. In other words, your compensation would be based strictly on developing a loyal customer base, without having to develop a network of other business associates. *We know those are strong words, and we will validate them for you shortly.
There are five primary reasons why you can develop a substantial income with Fruta Vida based solely on your own efforts:
1. Our Internet based, retail customer acquisition program and training eliminates the obstacle of trying to develop a customer base on your own. More importantly, your experience level doesn't matter. Your "why" is far more important.
The above 5 reasons why are more than just theory. For example, one of our company's business associates was able to develop a direct sales client base of nearly 100 customers in less than 90 days by focusing on helping people in a targeted health care market, where many of our customers were reporting positive experiences from drinking Fruta Vida. The income he earns through his personal retail (direct sales) client base does not include the other Fruta Vida income that he earns through his network of business associates. As of 01/08, he now has nearly 400 personal clients in his Fruta Vida business.
There are 3 components in our retail compensation package:
1st, our 50% direct sales commissions on all first time sales for a new customer, and our recurring direct sales commissions of nearly 40% on all subsequent orders made by an existing customer. Both are paid weekly.
*Note: The above sales can be generated via your retail website that our company provides for you at no cost, your free Frutavida4u retail website that you receive as a member of our personal team, or via our company's 24/7 toll free customer order line. Fruta Vida processes your customers order; processes their payment; and ships their product for you.
Here's a brief illustration to help you understand how our retail compensation package rewards you.
If you are a qualified premium member (distributor), and one of your new customers purchases a 4 bottle case of Fruta Vida through your retail website or by calling our 24/7 customer service number, you would earn a first time commission of $70 on that order. When that same customer placed any subsequent orders for a case of Fruta Vida, you would earn a $50 direct retail commission, whether or not you did any additional marketing to create those subsequent sales.
In this same scenario, if one of your 1st time customers purchases a single bottle of Fruta Vida, you would earn a $20 direct commission on that order (50%), and you would earn $15 on any subsequent single bottle orders placed by that client.
*Note: The number of personal customers a Fruta Vida business associate chooses to acquire is strictly left up to you. Some associates may prefer to build their business exclusively with personal customers, while others may prefer a combination of both customers and business associates. This decision is entirely up to you, as long as customers are a part of the formula.
Illustration
We mentioned earlier that Fruta Vida International was one of the few companies in our industry (that we are aware of) where you could earn a substantial income based solely on your own marketing efforts. In other words, without having to develop a group of business associates. Here's why:
As a qualified premium member/distributor, if you set a goal of developing a personal client base of 200 retail customers over time, who each purchased a 4 bottle case of Fruta Vida through your website, depending on how quickly you developed your business, this could equate to a six figure annual income for you. I. E. 200 clients x's a $50 direct retail commission per each client's monthly recurring purchase would equal an income of $10,000 per month, or $120,000 annually.
Being a bit more conservative, if your goal was to develop a client base of 100 customers (let's say 2 per week for 52 weeks or 1 year), who each purchased a case of Fruta Vida monthly, your part time income could equal up to $5,000 monthly, or $60,000 per year.
Let's be even a bit more conservative, and say you only acquired 1 new customer per week (yes, it will take a little effort) over the next 2 years... Would an extra $40,000 - $60,000 a year added to your family's household income make life a little easier for you?
Let's take it one step further... Suppose you only acquired 1 new client every other week for the next 24 months, giving you a total of around 50 personal clients who ordered through your retail website. That could produce a part time monthly income for you of up to $2,500 per month. I don't know many families who would say that an extra $2,500 monthly wouldn't help them.
Of course, not every customer will order a case of Fruta Vida monthly. However, if you service your clients properly, you could expect a substantial number of them to become loyal Fruta Vida customers.
We've found that our personal Fruta Vida retail marketing efforts are more successful when we target a specific group of people who all have the same health challenge. For example, it could be consumers who want a health product that gives them more energy like our Internet Based, Retail Customer Acquisition Program targets.
...And before you ask... NO, we don't recommend that you to make a list of 100 people you know, or cold call strangers, to build your customer base. If these methods a part of your strengths, great... If they're not, there are several ways to acquire clients that aren't as threatening for either the prospective customer or you.
Leveraging Your Retail Efforts.
You may be thinking, "I'd love to build a personal client base where I could earn up to $2,500 a month, part time, but I'm not sure if I can." This is where leveraging what you've learned from the customer acquisition training program (how to build a base of loyal customers) can now begin to payoff for you even more.
Here's what we mean: Suppose you utilized the customer acquisition program that we recommend to you, and instead of developing a loyal base of 50 Fruta Vida clients, you only acquired 20 clients? Some of your customers would purchase a case of Fruta Vida, and some would only purchase a single bottle.
Your part time monthly income in this instance would be $240 - $1000... Not bad for 20 clients and a part time effort, but let's continue...
Now that you know first hand what it takes to build a profitable business based on acquiring real customers, do you think there are other folks out there like you who are also interested in starting their own business from home... A business that will pay them between $240 - $1000 per month, for a very part time effort, developing their own base of 20 customers?
We'll answer this one for you - Yes, there are.
If you target and approach them properly, you can find a few serious business associates who want to build a real business from their home. They'll even come to you, if you target them in the right way. In fact, you'll also discover that about 10% of your retail customers will end up becoming one of your business associates. This is where your retail overrides come into play, and will help you to increase your retail income without adding any new personal retail clients.
For the sake of brevity, and for illustration purposes, if you set a goal of developing 4 new business associates, and thereafter allow the customer acquisition training program to teach them how to do exactly what you did (build a personal base of just 20 Fruta Vida customers - not distributors), you will earn a sales override every time one of their customers makes a recurring purchase from Fruta Vida.
Once they've developed their base of customers, and the "leveraging" green light goes off in their heads also... You'll then earn overrides on the recurring purchases made by their new business associates' customers, as well.
By the time this leveraging phenomenon has worked its way through our entire retail compensation tree, your part time monthly income (with you personally having only 20 loyal customers and 4 direct business associates) would be somewhere between $1,604.00 - $5,456.00 per month, part time... Not bad for a part time business that's built just like all other real businesses -with customers.
...And this income does not include the additional income that you will automatically be earning (as you're developing your retail business) in the second part of our compensation package that you'll review on the next page... Additional income such as your matching bonuses, and your monthly business matrix overrides. It also doesn't factor in if a retail client purchases more than a 4 bottle case. I.E. One of our weight loss packages.
Suppose you only developed your part time business with Fruta Vida that created a monthly income equal to half of the illustration above... Would you still consider your business successful? We would.
Once again, you're not required to introduce any new associates/distributors to Fruta Vida in order for you to build a business with our company. It's strictly an income leveraging option that you can choose to take advantage of anytime you want to... And only, if you want to.
Reality Check
Some prospective associates may not think that an extra $802.00 - $2,728.00 (half of the illustration above) added to their monthly household income, would be such a big deal... We think they aren't being realistic.
Here's why: The average annual raise received by American employees (those who received a raise) in 2006 was approximately 4%. If an average household income was $50,000, a 4% raise would add $2,000 annually to that income, or an additional $167.00 monthly.
On the conservative end of our illustration above, it would take you approximately 5 years of receiving a 4% annual raise every year to increase your household income by $802.00 per month.
For a Fruta Vida International business associate who took their business seriously, and continued to develop it on a consistent basis, it is possible to increase your income by $802.00 monthly, at your own time table... Whether that's 1 year, 2 years, or longer... It's your choice. That's reality.
Remember, building your business begins with a single step (acquiring your first customer), and then repeating that same successful step, as many times as you choose to. Set your first goal to acquire your first client, and your second goal, to acquire enough personal customers so that the Fruta Vida you purchase for your use would cost you a net of zero dollars monthly.
This can be achieved with just 2-3 personal clients. Thereafter, it's simply a matter of where you want to take you business - either through more customer acquisitions, developing a personal network of Fruta Vida business associates, or both... It's up to you.

We would not have shown these illustrations, if we didn't know that the examples could be achieved with the right customer acquisition training program, and with an associate who was building their Fruta Vida business for the right reasons.
